About Sahara Refund Portal 2023

As part of ongoing efforts to address concerns raised by genuine members / depositors of Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies seeking payment of their rightful deposits, the Ministry of Cooperation filed an application in the Supreme Court of India. In response, the Hon’ble Supreme Court, through its order dated March 29, 2023, directed the transfer of Rs. 5000 Crores from the “Sahara-SEBI Refund Account” to the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS).
